أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
Transliteration
Ashhadu an la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasuluh
Translation
I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah, alone without any partners, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. (Whoever says this, the eight gates of Paradise will be opened for him, and he may enter from whichever one he wishes)
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
Transliteration
Allahummaj-'alni minat-tawwabina waj-'alni minal-mutatahhirin
Translation
O Allah, make me among those who constantly repent and make me among those who purify themselves.
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ
Transliteration
Subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdik, ashhadu an la ilaha illa ant, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk
Translation
Glory is to You, O Allah, and praise. I bear witness that there is no deity except You. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You.
